Designed for families travelling together, Family Suite offers 62–75 sq.m. of space with a king bedroom for parents and a dedicated children’s area featuring a bunk bed. A sliding door separates the two sleeping areas, giving parents and children greater privacy while keeping everyone conveniently connected. A comfortable living area provides additional space to relax, while views vary from the resort’s gardens and surrounding mountains to selected pool or river views.

Family Suite accommodates a maximum of two adults and two children.
The room rate includes accommodation and breakfast for all four guests. An additional adult, fifth guest or extra bed cannot be accommodated in this room.
The sofa provided in the suite is for seating only and cannot be used as a sofa bed.
The suite includes a king bedroom for parents and a separate children’s area with a bunk bed. A sliding door can be closed between the two sleeping areas, providing greater privacy for parents while keeping children close by.
Most Family Suites overlook the resort’s gardens and surrounding mountains, with selected rooms offering partial swimming pool views. Eight suites located on the river side overlook the Kok River and include a balcony, while the remaining ten suites do not have a balcony. Balcony requests may be noted but are subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Each Family Suite features one king bed for adults and one 3.5-foot bunk bed designed for children. Twin beds and additional beds are not available in this room category.
A limited number of Family Suites have connecting doors and may be paired with a Deluxe Garden room. Connecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
Accessible rooms are not available in the Family Suite category.
