Water Quality Update at The Riverie by Katathani

At The Riverie by Katathani, the health and comfort of our guests remain our highest priority.

We are aware of recent concerns regarding water quality in the Chiang Rai area. To reassure our guests, we would like to share that our hotel uses a water system that is carefully filtered and treated before use. This water is not used for food preparation or beverages

On April 23, 2025, a sample of our filtered water was analyzed for 10 heavy metal parameters. The results showed all values were safely below the maximum limits set by the Department of Health, confirming that the water used within the hotel is safe and suitable for daily use. Specifically, arsenic (As) was detected at only 0.0006 mg/L, compared to the safety standard of 0.01 mg/L.
